Realise the mass production of special flow channel design. NEW
Realise the mass production of special flow channel design. This laval nozzle has gradient diameter shape as shown in the image of cross section. It is difficult to manufacture by machining but possibly by EDM, ECM, laser process or MIM. Considering the productivity MIM can be the first candidate. It is not well known, however, MIM can manufacture various shape nozzles with tight tolerance.

Micro gear smaller than 10 mm diameter mass production, is realised with our micro-MIM. NEW
Realising manufacturing of micro gears impossible with CNC machining. The internal helical gear with the teeth formed till the bottom, as shown in picture, it is impossible to realise with machining since the tool cannot reach the bottom in case the bottom side has a lit. On the other hand, our micro-MIM can offer wider gear design option with tight tolerance.

Mass production of the shape that realise by CNC NEW World's First World Premiere
For example, a reverse taper micro pillar, as shown in schematic diagram (cross section), is impossible to produce via conventional CNC. We have realised the micro pillar surface mass production as shown in SEM image.
